Depending on the feature used, the system may handle account and contact information, projects and assignments, attendance, work photos and comments, date and time records, device information and location associated with authorized field records.
How information is used

- Coordinate projects, personnel and field work.

- Investigate issues and improve reliability and support.
Camera, photos and location
The application requests camera or file access only when a user chooses to capture or select evidence. Location is requested for field functions such as check-in, check-out or jobsite-linked evidence. These permissions can be managed through the device.
Disclosure and service providers
ModernSouth does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, security, maps, communications or service maintenance, or disclosed when required by law.
Retention and security
Records are retained according to operational, contractual and legal needs and administrator-configured policies. Access controls and technical safeguards are used to limit unauthorized access. No storage or transmission method is completely infallible.
Requests and choices
To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email the address above. Certain evidence and employment-related records may be retained when an operational or legal obligation applies.
Children and changes
The services are not directed to children. This policy may be updated as features or requirements change; the effective date will be shown on this page.
